Register with Ksh 1,000
An interested individual must register to the program. This registration fee is non refundable.
Savings
Save a minimum of Ksh 50 per day for 12 months. You can save daily, weekly, monthly, or pay a in lump sum.
Payment can be done through:
Down Payment: Your savings will serve as a downpayment for a house of your choice in a completed or ongoing project.
KMRC Mortgage: If eligible, your monthly mortgage payment will be set to match your current rent, with a term of up to 25 years
Flexible Payment Plan: For those who prefer not to take a mortgage, we offer a flexible payment plan aligned with the project’s completion timeline
Promotional Housing Opportunities: You may qualify for special promotional housing offers drawn quarterly
Withdrawal Option: You can withdraw from the program and receive your savings back.

What is the price range of the house?
The houses are pri ced between Ksh 700,000 and Ksh 900,000,depending on the type and size of the unit. This pricing is designed to be affordable and accessible to a wide range of buyers, particularly those in the low to middle-income brackets.
Can I withdraw from the investment once I’ve started?
Yes, you can withdraw from the program after 12 months of participationby providing a 7-day notice. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Will I earn any interest on the money invested?
No, you will not earn interest on your investment. However, investing with us comes with numerous benefits, including:
